We rely on Swiss timber
We care about sustainable forest management, so we pay close attention to where our timber comes from. We are committed to ensuring that 80% of the structural timber we use comes from Switzerland.
Wood always renews itself without much effort. Today, twice as much wood grows in Switzerland as is used. The use of the surplus is indispensable, if only to protect the forests from aging and to maintain their vitality. Compared to other building materials, the extraction, transport and processing of wood requires the least amount of energy.
Ultimately, however, you as the customer decide where the timber used should come from.
