Project description
The addition to the Reichenburg school building was realized as a timber structure. In the middle of the building, a steel trestle on both sides supports the lateral projections of 6-8 meters. The complete exterior and interior walls as well as the timber construction planning were prefabricated on our premises. The floor and roof elements, including a pre-assembled acoustic cladding, were supplied by an external company and installed by us. The exterior wall elements had a dimension of 3.9m x 13.0m and a weight of up to 3.0 tons. The elevator shaft was completely built in wood and covered with Fermacell on site for fire protection reasons.
