The old pitched roof of this apartment building was demolished and replaced with a modern attic storey. Instead of the attic, a spacious attic apartment with plenty of outdoor space was created.

In this project, special attention had to be paid to compliance with the protection regulations and the preservation of the village character. We were able to make our contribution here with the execution of the timber construction and the façade. The property comprises an apartment building with an integrated daycare center.
